The Governor's Budget Report for FY 2004 is published in two volumes. Volume 1 is a narrative summary of the Governor's budget recommendations, while Volume 2 presents the budget in detail by agency program. Follow the links below for these publications. Governor's Budget Amendments & Technical Corrections (Release Date - 4/23/2003)

The Governor's Budget Amendments Memorandum is a formal document that was submitted to the 2003 Legislature on April 23, 2003. This document illustrates adjustments that would have been made to The FY 2004 Governor's Budget Report had information been available at the time of original submission. Also, a technical correction memorandum was submitted to the Kansas Legislative Research Department. This document includes corrections and technical adjustments to the budget document submitted to the Legislature so that the intentions of the Governor can be reflected as accurately as possible.
